This practice guides you through two patterns of breathing to energize your body and mind whenever you need a boost of energy. When you lengthen the inhale and stabilize the exhale, you draw in more oxygen to your body leaving you feeling alert and alive. Please note, we do not recommend this practice if you are feeling anxious or emotionally activated.
