The design of 8618 Macawa Adu in Sera Mesa is both concise and captivating. This unique ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) stands out from the rest as it is tucked away along an alley, yet it opens up to a delightful courtyard garden, making it truly special.

The modern concept of this 1200 sq. ft. ADU places a spacious living room and kitchen area at its core. On one side, you'll discover the master bedroom, while on the opposite side, there are two additional bedrooms connected by a shared bathroom. Each of these rooms boasts expansive windows that offer picturesque views of the enchanting courtyard garden.

This elevated ADU rests gracefully atop three garages and a carport, which was transformed into a versatile living space known as a jadu during construction. With 10-foot-high ceilings and contemporary architecture, it exudes a sleek and comfortable ambiance. The exterior features Santa Barbara stucco and stylish cable railing, adding to its modern charm. This design not only harmonizes with its surroundings but also provides a truly exceptional living experience.
