Sea fishing in the Cornwall can offer some wonderful species to catch if you can find them. I am constantly exploring new areas, new wrecks and learning new ways to find fish. Today whilst fishing a reef I was boarded and inspected by local fisheries officers. I then show you how to fillet and prepare our catch and take you home for a delicious seafood meal with my family.
