One very interesting form of channeling is automatic writing. You begin writing with a pencil or computer and amazing messages come out.

Automatic writing is an old form of divination in which messages seem to come out of nowhere through your hand and onto paper. Some who have attempted this form of mediumship have written lengthy messages, songs -- even complete novels.

Automatic writing is about getting advice from the universe and your inner wisdom. It allows you to ask questions and get answers from your unconsciousness and the spiritual realm.
