Hello everyone! I know that not all childhoods are happy ones, but I do think there is a lot to be gained from meditating on the person you were at a young age. By getting in touch with your innate passions and joy and curiosity with the world, you can really get to know your soul, and - hopefully - find some inner peace. Hope you enjoy this video.
