The Huntsman keyboard with it's optical-machanical keys was a surprizing gem. The additional wrist support is wide, soft and the right height. I have had many, many keyboards over the years. From the $10 slabs of chit to the almost $ 200 Cherry machanical. This HUNTSMAN is by far the bees knees. It is very sad that I can not recommend this keyboard or any Razer product. Recently I had an issue with the left click swithch on my Razer Mamba mouse. After over a dozen emails back and fourth Razer said my warranty had expired a week ago. End of issue. I was a RAZER FAN-BOY, headphones, mouse pad, mouse, keyboard. Now I will not purchase a RAZER product period. RAZER could have said to me about my MAMBA that they are sorry I have an issue and offered some kind of discount. No, it was clear to me that good customer service takes a backdoor to profit at RAZOR.
EDIT: It is now 7 months that I purchased this keyboard. It no longer works, enter key gone, Z key always on now, computer does not recognize. Today I purchased a Steel Series Apex 7 keyboard, it goes well with the Steel Series mouse I purchased to replace the RAZOR.
