how I passed PLAB 1 now UKMLA in 3 months august 2023-

exam centre was in kolkata, india
1. Main source- PLABABLE qbank and flash cards, mock exams
3. Only source is plabable, no peeking, no looking at anything else.
4. It has 3,000 something questions, and I went through all of them once completely, and then half of it based on my weakpoints.

7. All I did was start with 50 questions a day with at least 1 day off per week.

8. Naturally you’ll get questions wrong, your job is to figure out why you got it wrong, and if its something you feel you’ll forget, thats your cue to make a flash card on it.
9. And make flashcards minimally and carefully about what is being asked and what has to be inside your brain. I built up a decent stack of 150-200 cards. I took 0 notes separately, its only cards and solving questions.
10. Once you’ve collected enough cards, Take a walk, whip out the cards , ask yourself the question, answer it completely before flipping it over. its active learning. and you get exercise.
11. Mocks- where do you get em? Plabable sells all of their mocks for about 25 pound each.
12. 1 mock at first month, 1 mock at second month, 3rd at 3rd month, one every week, one week before exam, 3 days before exam.
13. Free 1700’s, khalid’s mock, passtest, medrevisions, samson’s are all other materials which I did not personally use because I was satisfied with plabable’s approach.
14. Traveled to kolkata 4 days before my exam, studied at a busy starbucks everyday did my last mock sitting there.
15. And exactly a month later, during the induction day at the hospital I joined, I received my email saying Id passed, and could book my plab 2 immediately, and so I did for march 2024.
