The Hinderer XM-24 is the big brother to the Hinderer XM-18. This is a big knife, coming in at 9.25" long and a 4" blade. It's a heavy knife at 7.6 ozs, but I think it's a great weight for guys that like a knife with a presence. The flipper is a little pointy, but that's common with this model and the XM-18. This is a hard use knife that will stand the test of time
