Urad Dal 1 cup (Bhigoye hue)
Ginger/Adrak 1 inch
Asafoetida/Hing ¼ tsp
Oil for frying/ Talne ke liye tel
Curd/Dahi 1-2 cup
Black Salt/Kala Namak
Roasted cumin powder/ Bhuna jeera powder
Red chilli powder/ Lal mirch powder
Tamarind/Imli Chutney
Salt to taste
