For people who are not familiar with Toastmasters or what speech evaluation is, it is like a feedback that you give in form of a speech after listening to a sample speaker's speech.
If you are competing in a contest, like I did, you'll have 5 mins to prepare your content and then wait for your turn to speak.

This was my third time winning Toastmasters District 87 Area Speech Evaluation Contest after 2015 and 2016.. but first time online.

I encourage you to keep practising and progressing in your public speaking journey, to be able to give a more effective and uplifting evaluation.
