How to Change the Default UI Font & Size (without UI scaling) | World of Warcraft UI Guide

Update: Changing the text font size in the quest objective section is now in EDIT MODE in the default UI. Open Edit Mode, right click on the objectives tab, and use the slider to pick what font size you want!

Short guide on how to change the default UI's font to any font you would like. Also provide information about increasing and decreasing the font size with an addon.
