For this strategy, We used the skills that make our Laser's duration longer to abuse the free hits during the transformation. In the beginning, we prepared our heat gauge ready to get the first Red Circle right away and Used torch for faster fill of heat gauge to get another 2 Red Circles in preparation of 3 Lasers during transformations. 3 mortars to make 3 Red circles are enough to make it go on its first transformation, and 3 Lasers are enough to kill the Final Boss.

You can farm Desperation Talisman on chapter 5 Emberflume
For some reason, Specific Talismans are only obtainable on Specific Quests.
