Ed Gillespie is a recovering sustainability consultant, writer, poet and activist. He is a facilitator on responsible leadership with the Forward Institute, a Director of Greenpeace UK and co-presenter of two popular podcasts - ‘The Great Humbling’ (philosophical) with Dark Mountain’s Dougald Hine and ‘Jon Richardson and the Futurenauts’ (scatological) with comedian Jon Richardson and fellow ‘reluctant futurist’ Mark Stevenson.

Ed cicumnavigated the globe without flying and wrote ‘Only Planet – a flight-free adventure around the world’ about his journey, His first volume of poetry is ‘Songs of Love in Lockdown’ written during the first weird months of the pandemic in 2020. After almost a quarter of a century in London he now lives with his four year old daughter in an old water mill in Norfolk.
