The backward kick, alongside with the frog kick and helicopter turn, is one of the key techniques to be learned in GUE's Fundamentals Class. I don't want to explain the value of the backward kick in this video (because knowing the backward kick is literally invaluable) but just want to show how the backward kick, the frog kick, and the helicopter turn are done.

Of course, the video is not meant too seriously and was really fun to make. Just imagine leaving dad alone with the baby and THIS is what you get ;-)
Besides the fun part of making this video, I hope you really took away the principle of the backward kick, frog kick and helicopter turn from this video.
