We harvest and cure enough garlic to keep us self sufficient in at least one vegetable this year.
Garlic is one of the easiest crops to grow and store.
Our hard neck garlic was planted in October and harvested in late May the following spring.
We take a look back at when we planted the cloves from our saved bulbs, harvest and show how we cure the garlic to store for the coming year.
