Bite Sized Skills - Italian Hitch Resets

Another quick skills vid here, this time looking at an efficient way of resetting your Italian Hitch lifeline systems. We regularly deploy Italian Hitches underground and often have to reset them repeatedly as we bring a whole group up or down a scramble 1 person at a time. This is simply a suggestion for helping you keep your ropes clean, tangle free and save some energy in your arms. I hope you find it useful.
