In this narrated documentary, I take you with me into the Sahara Desert:
endless sand, rocks, mountains, and dunes that never seem to end.

An 11kg backpack, sleep deprivation, constant pain — and decisions you can’t train for.

More than 100 participants were forced to quit this race.
I tell the story of what happens when the body shuts down and only the mind is left.
