Melasma can only be CONTROLLED so as part of my routine I use RETINOL A gel which helps peel the skin in order to encourage cell renewal and fresher skin to resurface. This process helps to lighten the pigmentation areas as the new fresher skin is revealed after the peeling process. It's a much less costly & evasive process than getting a major chemical face peel.
