For durian and cheese lover, here is a simple recipe for no bake durian cheesecake. Creamy, smooth and delicious durian cheese will make the perfect desert anytime of the day. This cake is best served chilled.

1 cup durian fruit flesh
260 grams Marie biscuits
250 grams cream cheese
¼ cups melted butter
1/3 cup powdered sugar
200ml whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla essence
20 grams agar-agar powder (gelatin powder)
