This Star Wars Jedi Survivor game guide video shows the first boss fight of the game - you must defeat K-4O5 droid on Coruscant.
The boss battle is also partially a combat tutorial. You'll learn that red enemy attacks can't be blocked or parried and they need to be dodged.
Use lightsaber attacks and block/parry droid's standard attacks. You can also ask your companions for help (R1+Square).
