Taking you to a week in the life of an Executive Administrative Assistant working in Houston, TX.

In case you are wondering, yes, Thursday is not there - I was off. 💁🏻‍♀️ There were a lot more happenings behind the scenes and these were just parts of them. I work 5 days in the office but last Monday, the roads were icy and I was not comfortable driving so WFH it is! Also, this is the reason why our kitchen sink cabinets were open. 🥶

We have a really nice wellness room in our suite where you can stretch, as you can see me do on that Tuesday. I go there daily because if I get into work mode for so long, I forget to stretch and walk a little. Every office in our suite has a standing desk and I prefer to stand while working the whole day. The only time I sit is when I eat lunch. 🍱

Friday was a really busy day but it had such beautiful morning. While I didn't get to film anything I did in the office, I stopped at the parking lot before going home and stared at the buildings and just generally the sky. I always end my work week with a positive and relaxed mind. 🧘🏻‍♀️
