A little bit of information on advancing lateral flexion to a more useful level than most people are aware. Also, one of my very favorite exercises for warming up a horse, the purposeful circle. This circle is an excellent way to begin teaching your horse to spin. We also discuss and demonstrate how to speed up your horse's turnarounds and spins.
