Go ask Jessica (‪@jessica-windturbinefactory‬ ) for any wind turbine of this class you want. 2.8, 3.2, 3.4, 3.7 and even bigger they have with the foldable tail like shown here. Door-to-door delivery, decent machine, idk what else do you need. Ah, maybe a controller or the inverter - go ask her as well, she will provide you in case you need one. And do not forget to mention you got this link from Bogdan from Ukraine - she may do a little bit extra for you.

Of course, you are also welcome to get the similar machine from the other manufacturer Smaraad, there it is known as SL-series, and they are sold on AliExpress, there though they actually overpower them in the descriptions at least twice... but that's how things work on AliExpress, you know....
