Easy Pudina Aloo Fry in 15 minutes | 🌿 Minty Aloo | Perfect Side Dish | So Simple, So Good!
This Potato Pudina Fry is a quick and flavorful South Indian-style stir-fry made with fresh mint (pudina), curry leaves, and simple spices. It's easy to make, doesn’t require boiled potatoes, and makes a perfect side dish for rice, dal, rasam, or chapati.
Ingredients:
Potatoes – 3 medium (peeled and cut into small cubes)
Pudina (mint leaves) – ¼ cup, finely chopped
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Curry leaves – 10 to 15
Salt – 1 tsp (or to taste)
Hing (asafoetida) – ¼ tsp
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Lemon juice – 1 tsp (juice of ½ lemon)
Oil – 1½ to 2 tbsp
