Featuring a trip to Cafe de la Post in Chadlington, a spin past Jeremy Clarkson's Diddly Squat Farm shop, a giant muff, fixing tyre punctures and the demise of the left knee.

Wearing my fave Maap jersey and purple bib shorts, some incredibly kindly gifted Sungod sunglasses and a battered bike helmet with my Dragon Ride Wales bike race number still on it.
