Video 104: In this exercise, we calculate the minimum operations to exceed threshold value.

You are given a 0-indexed integer array nums, and an integer k. In one operation, you can remove one occurrence of the smallest element of nums. Return the minimum number of operations needed so that all elements of the array are greater than or equal to k.

In this video, we explore two different approaches to solving this problem.

** Approach 1: Simple Count of Elements **
In this approach, we use a FOR loop to count the elements that are less than the threshold. We focus on determining the minimum number of operations without explicitly removing the smaller elements from the array.

** Approach 2: Count and Remove the Element **
In this approach, we not only count the smaller elements but also remove them from the array. We discuss both the pop() and remove() functions in this video. The while loop is demonstrated to be more effective than a FOR loop for this specific use case.
