Ingredients:
-½ Cabbage
-1 ½ Onions
-fresh coriander
-3 Bay leaves
-1 ½ crushed garlic
-1 teaspoon paprika
-1 teaspoon chilli flakes
-1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
-1 teaspoon Turmeric
-½ teaspoon salt
-1 cube beef stock
