The Rajender Nagar police have arrested nine individuals in connection with an alleged illegal land grab in the Attapur Akbar Hills area. The police reported that there were complaints about the illegal construction of a wall and other activities on land near Upper Palli Akbar Hills. CCTV cameras were also installed in the area. Acting on a tip-off from local residents, the police arrived at the scene in Akbar Hills and seized four knives, a firearm, and some documents from the nine individuals present. According to the police, an attempt was made to forcibly occupy approximately 500 yards of land. One of the suspects, named Fakhruddin, is also on the list of suspects. The police noted that dogs were kept at the site by the alleged offenders. They also mentioned that a gang was recently arrested at a farmhouse in Shamsabad and that attempts to forcibly occupy land are ongoing in these areas. The police have stated that strict action will be taken against those involved in such illegal land grabs.
