Can I use a bullet journal for self care? Yes! 100% you can use your bullet journal for anything that you feel will help your life. It can be for tracking tasks, building a financial plan and even bullet journal for mental health and self care.

Starting a bullet journal for self care you are probably asking yourself the following questions "what to include in a self care journal?", "are there better spreads for mental health tracking?", "how do I know what bullet journal spread will work best for me?". ALL of these questions are going to be based on who you are, what is happening in your life and honestly what do you like to know about 1 and 2. For example I love reflecting on how I am feeling but have found that the basic mood tracker doesn't cover all the of the needs that I want in a spread so it is not something I use. Instead I using prompt questions for my different self care bullet journal spreads.

With that being being said self care should be practical and bullet journal spreads should work for you.
