This item is located inside a small cave. The cave entrance is at /way 52.26, 50.78. Once inside you will see a frozen Hozen. Next to it on the ground is an item called Rikktik's Tiny Chest. Loot it and you will receive the Tick Remover.

This item is located inside a cave. The cave entrance is at /way 59.23, 53.24. Once inside, you will have to fight your way through a lot of Sprites. This item is located in the Zouchin Province at /way 72, 33.92. It is in the center of lake at the bottom. You will have to swim down to get it.
