Lurcher Dog Hunting Rabbits - Hunting with Ferrets New Zealand 5 🇳🇿

Описание к видео Lurcher Dog Hunting Rabbits - Hunting with Ferrets New Zealand 5 🇳🇿

Ferreting around livestock paddocks. The ferret enters rabbit holes and bolts rabbits for Juno, the German shepherd lurcher to catch.

A lurcher is a type of dog that results from crossing a sighthound, such as a Greyhound or Whippet, with another breed, often a working dog like a Collie or Terrier. Known for their speed, agility, and keen hunting instincts, lurchers were traditionally bred for hunting and poaching. They are intelligent, versatile, and often possess a gentle temperament, making them excellent pets and working companions. Their appearance can vary widely depending on the parent breeds involved, but they typically have a sleek, athletic build.

We pulled about four small rabbits the ferret had caught from the tree stump by hand at the end.

For Youtube Review - This video is edited in a self explanatory way for all languages to understand. People under the age of 18 also practice ferreting and I aim to set a mature example. Contact between the animals is brief and is not the focus of the video. Rabbit dispatches are not shown. No gore is present.
