In today's video we review Phantom's Revenge, a Morgan/Arrow hyper coaster located at Kennywood in West Mifflin, Pennsylvania - just outside of Pittsburgh. Formerly an Arrow looper named Steel Phantom, Morgan re-introduced the ride as Phantom's Revenge in 2001 after a massive overhaul. Phantom's Revenge has always been a coaster that flew under my radar, but when I got the chance to ride it in August, I was completely blown away by how insane it is.
