in this video-tutorial I'm showing how to set up the triple-screen-ultrawide mode in Gran Turismo 3: A-Spec. And to clarify, this ONLY works in the Arcade Mode, so you sadly can't play the Gran Turismo Mode this way.

the essential parts are the following:
three PS2s with an i.Link port, these can be any model between the SCPH-100xx and the SCPH-390xx
three copies of the of the game, be it the original discs or backups on a PS2 HDD, MC2ISO or similar option
three TVs or monitors of same size or preferably three identical screens. these can be 4:3 or 16:9, just make sure you select the correct aspect ratio in the game
a Firewire/i.Link/IEEE1394 hub with at least 3 connectors
Firewire/i.Link/IEEE1394 cables which fit the PS2 and your hub
