It's always exciting to release my first cover for a game new to my channel! The music of Celeste is perfect for every moment in the game and the challenges faced in its story resonate with some of my own experiences. I had a hard time picking which song to cover first since I had a few different ideas in mind. First Steps? Quiet and Falling? Resurrections? After some internal back-and-forth, I decided to cover this song that plays at end of the game's journey. It's always a good time for a gentle reminder to breathe.

Lately I've found myself really liking extra reverb on the marimba for smaller ensemble arrangements. I used a little extra on the vibraphone this time too. The glockenspiel and toy piano blend nicely when they have the melody together (as I tend to do with my arrangements), but I also experimented with some vibraphone/toy piano back-and-forth this time while letting the glockenspiel play what I like to call the flurries in the background. Get it because snow flurries? I'm pretty sure Theo would appreciate it...
