Preparation:
1.Mesh&Squeegee: 120(48T) Mesh number ;65-75 degree Squeegee.
2.Pigments added ratio:For white and fluorescent color 20%,other color 10%
3.Catalyst mixing ratio:10% slow dry XG-MB-1 Extra slow dry catalyst XG-TMB-1 4.Silicone thinner XG-128AH adding ratio:0-20%
5.Heating Temp :60℃~100℃
Printing process:
Step1:PU based for under printing for 6 layers to get smooth layer first
HD PU water based nylon paste XGS-806 100 G
Fixer XGS-339 2G 2%
Flash by 80℃- 100℃.
Have to make sure to get PU based 100% dry and clear first,then move to print silicone crossing lpasteer and silicone paste or will lead crossing lpasteer and silicone paste not easy to dry and layers peal off from PU based paste .
Step2:Silicone crossing lpasteer for mid layer printing for 2 layers:
Silicone crossing lpasteer XG-360Z-3X 50G
Silicone catalyst XG-866B-2+ 4G
Flash by 100-120 ℃
Step3:Silicone High density printing 4-6 layer
Screen Printing Silicone XG-866A-2Y 100G
Silicone fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2 3G
Silicone thinner XG-128AH 10G
Flash by 100℃- 120℃
Step4: Color effect silicone printing for 4-6 layers:
For bright color pigment and white color mixing to print for 2-3 layers
Screen Printing Silicone XG-866A-2Y 100G
White silicone pigment XG-102 5G
Color silicone pigment XG-series 5G
Silicone fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2 3G
Silicone thinner XG-128AH 10G
This step if for bright color effect printing to get good printing effect and coverage.
Step5: Color silicone layer print 3 layers
Screen Printing Silicone XG-866A-2Y 100G
Color silicone pigment XG-series 20G Silicone fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2 3G Silicone thinner XG-128AH 10G
Flash by 100℃- 120℃
Step6.Glossy silicone paste for top coating printing 2 layers
Glossy silicone XG-399-3 100 G
Silicone fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2 3G
Silicone thinner XG-128AH 10G
To get silicone bubbles out first ,try to use cold wind to support and it will be better to use low temp by longer heating time to avoid bubbles problem. Cure by 60℃~80℃
