in this video you can see me making a nest box for my #budgies ʕ•ᴥ•ʔ the size of the nest is 20 cm x cm 14 cm x 15 cm. by the way, the best material for budgies is wood, never use cardboard or somethig softer, because they're going to chew on it. the nest also needs to have a door that you can open to control the chicks, but not too often. after the chicks hatch, you can use the wood shaving as a bedding to prevent splayed legs in chicks.
