අවශ්‍ය ද්‍රව්‍ය | Ingredients

🔹පොල්තෙල් | Coconut oil
🔹සුදුළුණු | Garlic
🔹කරපිංචා | Curry leaves
🔹කුරුදු | Cinnamon
🔹ඉගුරු | Ginger
🔹ළුණු | Onion
🔹කෑලි මිරිස් | Chilli pieces
🔹සීනි | Sugar
🔹ලුණු කුඩු | Salt powder
🔹සෝයා සෝස් | Soy sauce
🔹තක්කාලි සෝස් | Tomato sauce



සාදන ආකාරය -

💠 මුලින්ම චිලි පේස්ට් එක හදාගන්න පුළුවන් භාජනයක් අරගෙන මද ගින්දරේ ළිපේ තියලා පොල්තෙල් දාගන්න.

💠 පොල්තෙල් ටික රත් වුනාට පස්සේ ඒකට,
🔹හීනිවට කපාගත්ත සුදුළුණු බික් පහක්,
🔹කරපිංචා ඉත්තක්,
🔹පොඩි කුරුදු කෑලි දෙකක්,
🔹තලාගත්ත පොඩි ඉගුරු කෑල්ලක්,
🔹හීනිවට කපාගත්ත ලොකු ළුණු ගෙඩි එකහමාරක්,
දාලා රන්වන් පාට වෙනකන් බැදගන්න.

💠 ඒ ටික හොදට බැදුනට පස්සේ ඒකට,
🔹කෑලි මිරිස් ග්‍රෑම් දෙසිය පනහක්,
🔹සීනි ග්‍රෑම් පනහක්,
🔹ලුණු කුඩු තේ හැන්දක්,
🔹සෝයා සෝස්,තක්කාලි සෝස් ( රස පදමට ) දාගෙන හොදට මිශ්‍ර කරගන්න.

💠 විනාඩි අටක් මද ගින්දරේ ලිපේ තියලා ළිපෙන් අයින් කරගන්න.

Preparation Method:

1. First, prepare the chili paste. Take a suitable pan and place it on low heat, then add coconut oil.

2. Once the coconut oil is heated, add the following ingredients:

🔹Five cloves of garlic, finely chopped
🔹A sprig of curry leaves
🔹Two small pieces of cinnamon
🔹A small piece of ginger, fried
🔹One and a half large onions, finely chopped
Sauté until they turn golden brown.

3. Once well sautéed, add:
🔹250g of dried chili pieces
🔹50g of sugar
🔹One teaspoon of salt powder
🔹Soy sauce and tomato sauce (according to taste)
Mix everything well.

4. Let it cook on low heat for about 8 minutes, then remove from heat.
