The Well-being Podcast aims to make well-being and mental health science accessible and actionable. The podcast aims to bridge the academic-practical gap, transforming universities into spaces for both intellectual and personal growth. Our vision is to foster a mindful, compassionate society where mental health discussions are normalized, and resources for healing and thriving are available to all.


In Our First Episode, our guest is Khadija Bennani, a pioneering mindfulness teacher and conscious (re)parenting coach from Morocco. Her work lies at the intersection of Psychology and Spirituality. Khadija has transformed lives through her engaging workshops and her coaching practice. Her mentors include globally acclaimed clinical psychologists and mindfulness figures such as Dr. Jack Kornfield, Dr. Tara Brach, and Dr. Shefali; she has also been enriched by her experiences with the Greater Good Science Center at UC Berkeley and the MindfulNYU Initiative.


In this episode, we dive deep into mindfulness as a tool for managing anxiety, with practical actions on integrating it into your daily life. We tackle popular yet misleading concepts of well-being, providing insights into the traditional and scientific bases of mindfulness.
