The great writer Richard Bowes passed away on Christmas Eve, and when I went to share on social media the episode of my Eating the Fantastic podcast recorded with him in 2017 under stressful restaurant ambient sound conditions, I immediately realized it wasn't as listenable as it could now be made with current 2023 processing software. Now that I have access to the Nomono Cloud, I decided to compare three versions of the same 30-second clip.

First, the unprocessed raw audio. Then, the best I was able to make of it at the time with Audacity. And finally, what the Nomono Cloud was able to make of it today.

Now to figure out how to find the time to do this to the full episode so it can be reuploaded in a cleaner state!
