I had lots of importing glitches. Maximum file size on USB stick is 2.15GB, but you need about 5.5GB to convert a tune. I needed 47.3GB available as a conversion folder for all the seven Saxshop videos. So, I changed the quality from high to medium but had the same problem, so changed back again. Reluctantly, I plugged in an external hard drive, as I don’t like the USB interface particularly or, moving parts either, i.e. any other storage other than solid state memory. I was able to eventually save compressed files to USB stick, taking care not to exceed the maximum file size of 2.15GB
