DIY OIL BASED PERFUME | THE SECRET |

Here’s how I make “The Secret” for him and her oil based perfume.


I used grape seed oil as carrier/base.

FORMULATION:

30ML (30%) FRAGRANCE OIL (of your choice)
70ML (70%) CARRIER OIL

Just mix these two ingredients and transfer to appropriate glass bottles (roll on or dropper).

Put your own label and enjoy selling it!
