This video was a couple weeks before Michigan Pro where I won my 7TH pro Title!
I remember feeling tired due to the time zone change. Savag3 has learned and been mentored by Aldo. When he offered putting me through a workout I knew it will be something else!

I always enter these workout feeling intimidated. But I love this too much to let fear stopping me from
1. Working out (I love this so much !)
2. The feeling of accomplishment once you are done and gave everything you had.
