How Teamflect Integrates With Outlook & Microsoft Teams

In this tutorial video, we will be going over how Teamflect integrates with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and even Tasks by Planner. By integrating Teamflect's performance management features into tools you use everyday, you will be able to make the absolute most of our product.

Your Org Chart:
Since Teamflect draws your organizational chart directly from Microsoft Azure, you can easily access and edit it inside the Teamflect App.

Teams Chat:
You can integrate Teamflect into Teams chat by either adding another tab, or using the chat box area to send out goals, recognition, and feedback, and tasks. The taks you create inside Teamflect can be synced with Task by Planner. You can also send out pulse surveys in the form of adaptive cards that can be filled out over Teams chat.

Teams Meetings:
Users can integrate Teamflect into ongoing Teams meetings in the form of meeting agendas. These agendas include features such as:

Talking points
Meeting notes
Tasks
Goals
Review Results
Recognition
Feedback.

Teamflect draws your meeting data directly from your Outlook calendar.

Outlook:
Teamflect also has an Outlook integration that lets you use the app inside Outlook and complete Teamflect pulse surveys over e-mail.
