I Know You Got Away - R5 @ The Venetian Las Vegas New Years 1/1/16

Saw R5 again for their first show of 2016, January 1st, 2016.

Part of their 3 Shows for New Years in Las Vegas.
Last minute we decided to go. Got some good seats and a good time.

R5 still put on a great show, but it's the pushy fans that ruin the experience.
In some of the videos, middle and end, you will see how they pushed their way forward.
I don't want to sound like some 90 yr old snoot, but I paid for these seats and someone who paid so much cheaper just pushed their way in and didn't care.

We're all here for the same reason. We all go to R5 shows for the same reason.
Why can't we be considerate, kind and respectful? I think R5 would be happy to know that their fans treat each other nice.

I was unable to get R5's 10 minute jam session at the end of the show, due to these "people", and some of the footage is crazy because of them too. But I'll always have these as reminders, so good memories to take away.

On the up side, going the second time I was able to catch Rydel's performance. As many of you guys know she was ill the first few nights in Vegas and they cut her song from the set list. But I was fortunate enough to see her performance and I'm glad. We don't get to see much of Rydel being behind her keyboard. I'm glad she comes to the front now and again.

I don't blame R5 because they put on a fantastic show. But I'm not so happy the type of "fans" they attract. I'm trying not to be those people who do this sort of rant, but it really got to me this time and I hate that it will forever be a thing.

Kind. Considerate. Respect.
