Brain health is just as important to our well-being and long-term health as physical health is. Working out the brain is vital to help prevent or stave off effects of neurological dysfunction and remain sharp throughout the lifespan.
In this video, I will explain how contralateral body movements help our brains and introduce you to some contralateral body movements you can do while seated or standing.
