AVCHD vs MP4 video quality

In this video, I'll show you the difference between AVCHD & MP4 file types. After watching this video, you'll learn which file type to select for filming videos. First of all, I have to mention that Sony RX100 uses MP4 by default! There is a huge difference the quality of video and audio between AVCHD and MP4.

I'll film with the same camera model at the same time, one by using AVCHD and the other by using MP4. Please pay attention to both video and sound quality!
