30 sec - single leg up and back
30 sec - boxer skip up and back
30 sec - smooth side swipes
30 sec - side swipe + double under flow
30 sec - speedy double unders
30 sec - leg flair out skip almost dancing
30 sec - side swipe single under
*rest 10 seconds after each exercise
*repeat circuit 3x
resting 1 min between each circuit
