With 22 affirmative votes, 10 negative votes and no abstentions, the House Committee on Justice on Monday (March 2) set aside the first impeachment complaint filed by progressive groups and endorsed by Makabayan lawmakers against Vice President Sara Duterte, citing a violation of the one-year bar rule.
