MAC AND CHEESE;
Macaroni; 400 g pasta packet
Gouda; 150 g
Parmesan; 80 g
Red Leicester; 250 g
Mozzarella; 250 g
Paprika; 1 tsp
Black pepper; 1 tsp
Butter; 1/4 cup
Evaporated milk; 2 cans (800 ml)
Plain flour: 1/4 cup

FRENCH FRIES ;
4 Potatoes
1 tsp mustard powder
1 tsp garlic granules
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
Sat to taste


BAKED CHICKEN DRUMSTICKS ;

2 kgs chicken quarters
1/4 cup melted butter or oil
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp dried parsley
1 tbsp dried oregano
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp salt
1/2 tbsp chilli powder
4 tbsp honey
1 tsp white pepper
2 tbsp soya sauce



NUTELLA BROWNIE DESSERT;
Nutella: 600 g
Flour: 125 g
Eggs : 4
Cream: 600 ml
Powdered sugar: 1/4 cup
Instant coffee: 1 tbsp
Cocoa powder: 1 tbsp
Chocolate chips: 150 g
Double cream: 150 g
