The complete list of rules:

1. No Hoarfrost Stomp, this includes the Ash of War and the skill from the Icerind Hatchet. Edit: To clarify, the Icerind Hatchet itself is allowed, just not the skill.
2. No Sword of Night and Flame.
3. Glitches are allowed.
3a. Wrong warping is allowed, just not by means of force quit.
3b. Hardware specific glitches are allowed, mainly because the game is so new and we don't know all of them yet.
4. No mods of any kind that affect gameplay.
5. Quit outs are allowed.
6. Time is determined by the in game timer. This will likely change in future challenges - given that Elden Ring has performance issues that can result in time loss.
7. Must play offline the entire time.
8. Must stream the entire attempt whether that be on PC or console. This is to reduce the odds of someone cheating.
9. You only get ONE submission.
10. The entire challenge must be performed on one character, no interacting with others.
11. You can play on any version of the game.
12. A boss is considered to be any enemy that has a large health bar on the bottom of the screen when engaged in combat.

Boss fights with more than one boss are considered 1 boss. Patches counts as a boss.

In this video, various speedrunners won thousands of dollars by beating numerous bosses the fastest from a new game. Five contestants who submitted runs, but didn't win also won $200!
